Volunteer with the American Red Cross, Disaster Cycle Services Department TODAY! Disaster Action Team Members work as part of a team to provide 24-hour response to local disasters, primarily house fires, ensuring victims have basic necessities such as shelter, food and clothing.

Training is provided at no cost. The Red Cross asks that Disaster Action Team Members provide 24 hours of service a month in the form of two 12-hour on call shifts - this may vary based on demand and location. However, in all location volunteers register to volunteer online and pick the shifts that work with their schedules.
