Teams of global volunteers are virtually recruited and deployed with support from project managers, human resource business partners, and interdisciplinary volunteers who adopt through micro-leadership aspects of a social innovation's risk profile that they can help with. Our groups meet virtually live and also connect asynchronously to social impact challenges.
