Project Manager_Whole Person Economy

Supports overall operational workflow to push key projects forward within the organization This person will support the core team to optimize efficiency & effectiveness by managing project timelines. He/she will work within our project management system, liaise with stakeholders and develop a solid understanding of the organization's structure and primary initiatives.

Essential Tasks

Schedule and facilitate project meetings - Report regular project progress - Monitor and control projects according to established planning documents - Build work breakdown structure, schedule, and all other project planning documents in accordance with standard practices for project and program management - Drive project execution - Identify and plan for project risks, issues, and constraints - Identify areas for process improvement
