Purpose

• Facilitate efficiency in operations and administrative functions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, volunteers, clients
• Answer phone calls
• General clerical duties
• Handle informatio/data requests
• Prepare agendas for meetings
• Scheduling
• Meeting Minutes
• Resolve administrative issues
