Volunteer River Guide with Teens - Application Due 3/11/23
ICO Rafting is a Sierra Club volunteer program that facilitates river rafting trips for young people with limited access to wilderness. We’re looking for enthusiastic new volunteers who want to share the outdoors with others as raft guides. No experience is required! We will provide (free) training starting in March. Most volunteers live in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento, CA. We carpool to the rivers we raft. We usually raft on the South Fork of the American River, but occasionally raft other rivers such as the Merced or Kings Rivers.
