We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help us bring our mission to life visually. In this role, you will design a variety of graphics, from simple promotional images to medical or condition-related visuals used in our educational programs and social media.

What You’ll Do
- Create graphics for IIAN’s social media, YouTube Thumbnails, promotional materials for events, and educational materials.
- Design both medical/informational graphics and general promotional visuals.
- Ensure all designs are accessible (clear text, high contrast, alt text considerations, readability, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience with graphic design (professional, academic, or self-taught are all welcome).
- Ability to create clean, inclusive, easy-to-read designs.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong sense of visual communication and attention to detail.
- Interest in accessible design and/or health communication (no medical expertise required).
- Passion for IIAN’s mission and willingness to collaborate with a volunteer team.
