Volunteers in this role will assist with grant research, donor prospecting, event support, donor communications, social media fundraising campaigns, and data management. Their contributions will directly support TPP’s mission of helping separated and divorced parents create healthier, more collaborative co-parenting relationships outside of family court.

    • Create and post fundraising-focused content on social media platforms to expand TPP’s visibility.
    • Manage donor records in spreadsheets or CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
    • Help prepare donor meeting packets and stewardship touches (thank-you calls, handwritten notes).
    • Engage with local businesses to identify sponsorship and in-kind donation opportunities.

    • Digital & Social Media Literacy:

Familiar with using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to support fundraising campaigns. Skilled in creating or curating engaging content, including graphics, donor spotlights, and fundraising appeals.

    • Data Management & Attention to Detail:

Experienced in maintaining accurate donor records using spreadsheets or CRM systems. Ensures meticulous data entry, pledge tracking, and reporting to strengthen TPP’s fundraising accountability.

    • Teamwork & Adaptability:

Works collaboratively with staff, board members, and other volunteers in a flexible, startup environment. Willing to adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities that arise during TPP’s pre-launch and early operations.

    Impact
