We combine policy and regulatory expertise with strategic communications, coalition-building, and advocacy campaigns to help ensure policymakers protect workers, small businesses, communities, and democracy from monopolistic corporations to advance economic liberty for all.
Position Summary
Economic Liberties seeks an Executive Assistant who will provide the Executive Director and senior team with scheduling and administrative support to execute on programmatic work. This role will take the lead in managing the team’s schedule to ensure smooth meetings, as well as assist with select administrative and operations work. The Executive Assistant position is an opportunity to work directly with the Executive Director to support key cross-functional processes that advance the mission of the organization. This role also works closely to the Operations Director and team.

We are looking for a candidate who is mission-focused, detail-oriented, has experience in schedule and meeting management and enjoys working in a fast-moving and collaborative environment across teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The Team Executive Assistant is a full-time exempt position with an annual salary of $52,000 – $54,000. This is a DC-based role. Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
