The National Academy of Advanced Teacher Education

The NAATE Program is a rapidly growing program of professional learning designed to meet the unique needs of top K-12 teachers serving high need populations across the country and their school leaders. NAATE serves schools of all different organizational affiliations (district, charter, faith-based). NAATE team members are passionate, committed, demonstrate a high acumen for learning and care deeply about improving education for all students. The NAATE mission is to recruit, develop, and leverage experienced top-performing educators to improve student and school outcomes in those places where they are most vital to student success, through an intense, residential advanced learning program. NAATE believes strongly that by investing in the development of these experienced educators, we can help to transform the quality of public education. 

As an early-stage organization in its sixth year of operation, NAATE is a fast-paced, innovative, and growing organization that is looking to expand its team with individuals who ideally possess a high level of commitment, energy, deep knowledge of public education, the work of schools, donor relations, and professional development.
