Washington, DC-based consultancy focused on corporate social responsibility and political risk services is seeking an entry level Associate (2-5 years of experience). The firm does cutting-edge work for some of the world’s leading companies and works in support of several nonprofit organizations. We require absolute professionalism and strong judgment.
This is a management and administrative track position that will require the acquisition of knowledge in our areas of work, including business and human rights, public policy and politics, international trade, and global development in order to manage programs and operations in a highly informed manner.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on the ability to take on significant responsibility, engage with very senior clients, NGO and government staff, and achieve results.
This position reports directly to our CEO, and supports other senior members of our team.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated interest in our areas of international work (reflected in university courses or work experience).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated excellence in a professional environment.
• Multiple Task Management: Ability to juggle multiple competing demands
simultaneously; and demonstrate the highest level of client service and
responsiveness.
• Confidential information and judgment: Ability to exercise sound judgment and protect confidential information.
• Superb organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
• Application of Strong Interpersonal Skills: Highly resourceful team player, yet capable of assuming significant autonomy and operating independently.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with professionalism, calm, and great attention to detail.
• Administrative Support: Experience providing administrative support in a high-performance workplace.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office position (generally three days per week in the office).
