Project Manager

Our Cause is excited to announce that we are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The Project Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in advancing Our Cause’s internal operations and client engagements, with a primary focus on higher education projects and initiatives.

The PM is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and can balance day-to-day execution with big-picture thinking. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, takes initiative to anticipate needs, and communicates with clarity and confidence. They are deeply aligned with Our Cause’s values and bring both discipline and creativity to complex projects. Working closely with senior staff, external partners, and clients, the PM will be a client-facing role from day one and will contribute to strategy, ensuring follow-through, and helping deliver high-quality results that move the needle.
