About the Role

NorthStar Asset Management, a proudly employee-owned and Certified B Corp based in Jamaica Plain, MA, is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to join our client services team.

In this hybrid role, you’ll help strengthen client relationships, support our investment advisors, and ensure the smooth execution of financial operations — all within a collaborative, mission-driven firm focused on socially responsible investing.

What You’ll Do

• • Serve as support for client inquiries and follow-ups
  • Support advisors and relationships managers with meeting prep, notes, and action tracking
  • Process account updates and financial transactions accurately
  • Partner with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Morgan Stanley) and internal teams to resolve requests
  • Contribute to projects that enhance client experience and improve systems (Orion, Salentica)
  • Participate in business development and client events

What We’re Looking For

• • 2–4 years in investment services, private client support, or client services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); CRM experience a plus
  • Bonus: Series 65 license or familiarity with Orion, Salentica (Salesforce), or Schwab Advisor Center
  • Based in Massachusetts and available for a hybrid schedule (3–5 days/week in office)
