That is what our staff calls it, the Bethany Way.

It means taking care of each other so that we can take care of our patients and families. We have been named to the Best Places to Work list in Western Pennsylvania or Pennsylvania 12 times.

It means being the only hospice program in Pennsylvania to have deficiency free surveys since our inception over 16 years ago.

It means being part of a team, a family, that gives 100% to take care of our patients and families.

It means having your voice heard and your opinion valued.

Who we are

We are locals, locally owned and operated, focused only on providing hospice and palliative care in western Pennsylvania. Our customers say we operate more like a family than a large corporate entity; small, but in a good way. We hold each other accountable to provide great care.

What gives us purpose

We meet patients and families at a very difficult time for them, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is our purpose to guide them, making an impossible situation less difficult, and getting to know them so we can provide individualized support where it is needed.
