Hug.U é uma iniciativa gratuita e de impacto social focada na disseminação de informação e quebra de tabú no tema da saúde mental para as gerações Z e Y, uma comunidade online onde voluntários capacitados e especialistas em saúde mental criam conteúdo e prestam apoio via mensagem de texto para pessoas que procuram suporte emocional e que queiram se aprofundar no tema da saúde mental.

O projeto busca se tornar um Hub interativo e gratuito de prevenção para politicas públicas de saúde mental entre jovens.

With a focus on the Generation Z and Millennial population, we aim to address the increasing rates of anxiety and depression by offering a convenient and confidential platform for seeking help. Through partnerships with mental health professionals and organizations, we strive to expand our reach and ensure the highest quality of care. Our revenue streams include premium subscriptions, data insights, corporate mental health programs, and sponsorships. Ultimately, we aim to make a meaningful impact in people's lives by promoting emotional well-being and providing a nurturing environment for individuals to find support and connection.
