CBHC empowers you to live your best life through outpatient and community mental healthcare. From psychiatry and therapy to case management, our goal is to help you access all available resources, to advocate on your behalf and to focus on your total physical and mental well being.  

Since 1995, CBHC has been providing quality care that promotes wellness, healing and quality of life. 

CBHC focuses on under-served adults, primarily elderly, immigrant and low-income communities. We serve our clients with highly-experienced and culturally sensitive staff including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed social workers and community case managers.
