Insightful Consultant LLC was created by Loucresie Rupert MD in 2017 to help provide communities with tools to foster the mental and emotional health of all of its members. Insightful Consultant LLC does this through solution-focused speaking engagements, workshops, and training that focus on Mental Health, Becoming Antiracist, Neurodiversity, Trauma-Informed Parenting, and Foster and Adoptive Parenting. Insightful Consultant also offers personal coaching to adults with neurodiversity and to parents of children with neurodiversity. They also offer Educational and Job Consulting services to help with accommodation recommendations.
