Poverty and Homelessness Reduction works to reduce poverty and homelessness through community engagement, partnership development, and helping shape policy. We work collaboratively across the region to improve systems, elevate people, reduce displacement, and expand opportunities and services. We strive to lead and coordinate initiatives related to homelessness, housing, and quality of life.

Homelessness Outreach

Through street outreach, professionals across Adams County connect with people experiencing unsheltered homelessness, provide support, and connect them with resources and services. We receive funding from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs’ (DOLA) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) to expand our reach and impact. An easy way to make a big impact is by purchasing street outreach gear on our Amazon Wishlist! Items will be delivered to the poverty reduction team at the Adams County Government Center and distributed to people in need across Adams County.
