Ka’ena Point is a very unique area on the island of Oahu. It is currently one of the most secluded areas and rests at the meeting place of the North and West shores. It’s complex history is interesting in both cultural and natural contexts. Remnants of this colorful past exist in the form of man made structures and interesting geological formations. Through the decades, Ka’ena Point has remained a vital cultural and ecological resource that is home to many native Hawaiian flora and fauna.
We we hope to continuously work with volunteers inneffort to restore degredated areas in the State Park on the Mokule’ia side.
