This role will be based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and will support the organization in growing from 56 new members in 2024 to 300 new members during the first year of expansion (July 2025 – June 2026). The ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to generate engagement and create buy-in in small mountain communities. This candidate will be persistent, resilient, and able to achieve results even when faced with setbacks. HOURS, RATE, AND TERM LENGTH
This role will be posted from October 28 at 12 PM Eastern Time until November 25 at 12 PM Eastern Time. Early applicants may be given preference if application volume is high. Through activities such as CrossFit, book clubs, rock climbing, art socials, yoga, and meditation, participants build confidence, self-respect, and community. The Phoenix offers free programs, both in person and online, for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety. Since 2006, we have served hundreds of thousands of individuals with the help of thousands of volunteers across the country.
