Domestic Infant Clinical Manager

The Barker Adoption Foundation is seeking a licensed MSW to serve as the clinical manager of our domestic infant adoption program.  The selected individual will serve as the primary adoption counselor to support expectant parents who are considering adoption and prospective adoptive parents who are awaiting placement.  The clinical manager will also serve as the primary supervisor to an on-call team of counselors and will work alongside the program director to oversee and facilitate community outreach activities. 3-5 years of child welfare experience, with supervisory experience and licensure on the clinical level is preferred (ability to attain licensure in DC & MD required).  This is a full-time position located in Bethesda, MD, with a hybrid work schedule available. Applicants must have reliable transportation, ability to work some evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel to see clients throughout DC, MD and VA.
