Summer Internship Opportunity 2024 - Foundation for the Mid South

Job Description:

The Foundation for the Mid South is seeking an energetic, responsible Summer Intern to join our growing organization. The Intern will work in partnership with other staff members to provide support services for the Foundation’s program areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain an extensive and diverse perspective of the nonprofit sector. Interns may also have the chance to participate in engagement opportunities, which require exceptional writing, research, and analytical abilities. The Manager of Administration will supervise this role.

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree. (Open to all fields of study)

• Have excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time and project management skills, with follow-up and attention to detail

• Ability to work with little to no supervision and on a team.

• Must possess an eagerness to learn.

• Summer internship dates can be flexible depending on the student’s academic schedule

• Verification of school enrollment.
