Position Overview
The No on Initiative 2117 (I-2117) campaign is seeking an experienced and motivated organizing director to lead a nationally significant campaign to defend Washington state’s leading-edge climate policy. The campaign is supported by environmental and business leaders, labor unions and environmental justice advocates, Tribal Nations, and many others.
The organizing director will be responsible for evolving and executing a robust organizing plan, as well as managing a team of organizers and working closely with an extensive and diverse coalition, and ensuring the organizing team is achieving its goals. This position will report to the campaign manager.
This position will require campaign hours, including evening and weekends, and is based in Washington state. Travel around the state will be required.

An ideal organizing director candidate will have:
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $6,000 to $8,000 per month
Benefits: Health care and paid sick leave. Additional incentives and benefits may be available.
