Program Coordinator (Hybrid)

Food Education Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in New York City, bridging the gap between public high schools, their students, and the hospitality industry. Our dedicated programs offer experiential learning, industry networking, and invaluable career and college opportunities, equipping students with skills, training, and experiences to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Execute Food Education Fund’s core programs across all of our partner high schools
• Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders
• Manage all data tracking through Salesforce or other CRMS in real-time
• Coordinate procuring supplies, setting up and closing out programs, and coordinating with various partners
• Meet timelines and goals as outlined in the program calendar
• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with appropriate partners, providing periodic summaries on program status and changes
• Ensure that program content is effectively delivered and outcomes align with organizational priorities and goals are achieved
• Coordinate and sustain, as well as establish new industry relationships
• Additional support and management of various components of programming

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience with and connections to the hospitality industry and related fields
• Experience working in FOH or BOH
• Experience with managing platforms such as Salesforce or other CRMs
• Detail oriented (like, serious attention to detail) 
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Ability to project manage and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively

The base salary for this position is commensurate with experience, and will be within the $68,000 salary range. The position will be on site at various locations 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week when applicable. Some nights and weekends are required based on program schedules.
