We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Development Coach with a deep understanding of incarceration, mental health, and developing life skills. The Personal Development Coach is pivotal to our structured 12-16 week program for previously incarcerated parents, conducting bi-weekly 1-on-1 virtual and in-person coaching sessions. This individual will serve as a dedicated advocate, promoting personal safety, self-care, and self-help, while also guiding participants in developing healthy boundaries and adaptive skills.
The ideal candidate will hold certification or training in life coaching, peer support, counseling, or a related field. This person is passionate about having a positive impact on people’s lives.

This is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week) position that reports to the Executive Director and will work in a hybrid virtual and in-person environment. This is a non-exempt hourly position, paying $25/hr.
