Wage Range: $30.00 – $51.32 per hour, depending on years of experience. The salary range for this role may vary above and below the posted range, as determined by experience and licensure. Compensation takes into account several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Posted wage ranges are reflective of a full-time/40 hour week position.

TLC offers a generous benefit package for full time staff including:

• 100% employer paid health, dental and vision plans for the employee
  • Dependents would be covered at 50% of the base health plan by TLC, dental and vision would be the employee’s responsibility
  • Coverage is available on the 1st of the month following the date of hire
