Website Development for Vote16USA Initiative

OVERVIEW:

Generation Citizen (GC) is working to transform civics education so that young people are equipped and inspired to exercise their civic power. 

SCOPE OF WORK & DELIVERABLES

Generation Citizen (GC) seeks an experienced consultant or firm to create new brand guidelines and develop a website for our Vote16USA initiative. This website will be a simple, user-friendly framework that supports communication of our Vote16USA initiative and associated events.

 As part of this work, the consultant will accomplish the following work:

• Design a brand kit for the initiative
• Organize current resources and state-by-state initiatives into a set of distinct website pages
• Create a small portion of new content, in alignment with Director, Vote16USA, focused on upcoming events and opportunities to get involved 
• Create a newsletter opt-in form, an inquiry form, a donation page and link, and blog
• Design a user access infrastructure that allows certain users to only edit certain website pages
• Use the following websites as a starting point:
• Vote16usa.org
• Vote16nj.org
• Vote16mo.org

Anticipated deliverables include:

• Finalized brand kit
• Fully-launched website

The maximum budget for this project is $7,500. We anticipate the project will start on May 1 and end by July 1.

The deadline for submitting a proposal is 5pm EST on Friday, April 19.
