RUTGERS LAW SCHOOL invites applications for the Managing Attorney/Director of the Rutgers Immigrant Community Assistance Project (RICAP). RICAP is Rutgers’ nationally recognized and model program, providing consultation and legal representation to Rutgers’ immigrant and international students, as well as information and outreach to the entire Rutgers community. As such, the responsibilities of the Managing Attorney will be to: provide consultations and representation to Rutgers’ immigrant and international students, conduct regular training sessions to Rutgers’ students, faculty, administrators, and staff, oversee the administration of the RICAP project, and supervise RICAP’s full-time paralegal and rapid response attorney.
