The New Jersey Conservation Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is currently seeking a full-time Development & Events Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with an office location in Far Hills, New Jersey. This role will primarily focus on the planning and execution of events, donor cultivation, and the development of communication strategies to support our fundraising goals.

We are looking for candidates with strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have experience with donor databases, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with online fundraising and social media platforms, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, is essential. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in fundraising, event planning, communications, or nonprofit development are required.
