Early College Coordinator

Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women (BLSYW) seeks a dedicated Early College Coordinator to join our College and Career Success office. This pivotal role involves supporting students and families navigating the college access process, particularly during their junior and senior years. The coordinator will be tasked with implementing a comprehensive college and career readiness program to ensure that every BLSYW student's postsecondary needs are addressed. Responsibilities for this position will include supporting early college exploration and career exposure, offering personalized support throughout the college application process, and providing guidance on financial aid options for students and their families. Given our focus as a college preparatory STEAM school, strategic postsecondary planning is integral to our mission. This person will possess a deep understanding of colleges and universities that have successfully supported the college persistence of low-income, first-generation, and students of color.
