Position : East Bay Program Coordinator

Reports to : East Bay Program Manager

Location : Renaissance East Bay at CoBiz: 1503 Macdonald Ave, Richmond, CA

Non-exempt, Full Time (35 hours per week) Schedule: Mon - Fri with some weekend hours, hybrid (minimum two days/week on-site)

Renaissance seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee our client journey, assist with program logistics, ensure accurate data collection, and conduct marketing and outreach throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, with a special focus on East Contra Costa County. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and process-oriented environment,works well with a diverse group of people, is highly organized and effective, and is passionate about entrepreneurship and economic development.
