Rate of Pay: $28.43 - $31.56 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of approximately 900 donors within the $1,200-$2,499 range with the goal of executing a plan to deepen engagement and increase giving, that moves donors through the giving pipeline.
- Develop and implement tailored stewardship plans to recognize and thank donors in meaningful, donor-centric ways.
- Cultivate relationships with donors through regular phone calls, emails, and personalized letters
- Solicit annual gifts and special gifts from mid-major donors, with clear annual goals for revenue, portfolio growth, and donor retention.
- Partner with major gifts and membership colleagues to identify and qualify donors with potential for increased support.
- Collaborate with planned giving team to co-steward and cultivate planned giving donors, ensuring a seamless and coordinated donor experience.
- Serve as a well-informed representative and advocate for Cascade PBS.
- Attend development planning meetings and development department meetings. Develop a deep understanding of organizational programs, priorities, and goals to accurately present them to donors.
- Create monthly reports as required or requested that reflect caseload activity.
- Record and track all activity using Cascade PBS’ prospect management and tracking system.
- Report key performance indicators, including portfolio value, donor retention, and funnel movement between membership and major gifts portfolios.
- Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of Cascade PBS.
- Clearly communicate Cascade PBS’ mission to donors.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Must excel in working with high net-worth individuals, families, and businesses
- The ability to compel donor investment in the Cascade PBS mission
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
- Strong research skills, fundraising database and membership management experience preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to identify, solicit, and cultivate major donors
- Experience in a non-profit/philanthropic work environment
- Demonstrated successful experience and effectiveness in prospect identification and relationship building
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable means of transportation to meet requirements of the job
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of time
- Ability to regularly type on a keyboard
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
