The Bay Area Community Land Trust (BACLT) seeks a Co-op Program Manager to help build and maintain its strong, democratically-controlled, member-based organization. The Co-op Program Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of our Housing Co-op Education and Conversion program as well as other member services. Other duties include supporting outreach to residents in potential new properties, performing annual income certifications, fundraising and administrative work.
