Summary:
InTandem Cycling, Inc. (InTandem) is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization based in NYC that provides free year-round tandem cycling programs for people who are blind, have low vision or who cannot ride independently due to other disabilities. InTandem is a dynamic organization with deep expertise in cycling and an unwavering commitment to ensuring that people who are blind or have low vision are included throughout the organization. We are seeking a team oriented, self-motivated Program Manager who has the experience and desire to collaborate with key team members and volunteers, build on our decade of success and continue to grow our reach.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Manager is responsible for leading InTandem's day-to-day programming efforts, which include weekend rides throughout the year plus seasonal week night rides in Central Park and providing administrative support to the Executive Director to ensure InTandem’s growth and success in operations and fundraising initiatives.

Compensation:
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
