    About GlamourGals

For 25 years, GlamourGals has transformed simple beauty makeovers into a powerful model for youth-led compassion and leadership. Our mission goes far beyond manicures—it’s about creating meaningful intergenerational connections that reduce senior isolation and cultivate confident, empathetic teen leaders.

Through service, leadership training, mentoring, scholarships, and national engagement opportunities, GlamourGals empowers teens to listen with intention, lead with empathy, and act with purpose. We’re not just fighting elder loneliness—we’re shaping the next generation of changemakers.

    Why This Role Matters

As Program Manager, you’ll shape the heartbeat of our mission. You'll help lead the strategic design, execution, and scaling of impactful programs that serve both our teen volunteers and the seniors they support. You’ll foster community across our national network, mentor emerging leaders, and ensure our programs are inclusive, effective, and inspiring.

This role is critical to today’s success and tomorrow’s growth. In the near term, you’ll stabilize and strengthen our programming, team accountability, and systems.

    What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic, mission-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-centered environments. You’re passionate about youth development, intergenerational connection, and building programs that create measurable impact. You balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and you're comfortable navigating the challenges of growth with empathy, innovation, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with role evolution: stepping into a critical program management role now, with the possibility to grow into a larger leadership scope as the organization scales.

    The Ideal Candidate Has:

    • 5+ years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, or youth development
    • A proven ability to manage and grow high performing teams while fostering accountability
    • Strong skills in setting clear goals and cultivating positive, professional culture
    • Experience balancing quality and scale while staying aligned with long-term goals
    • Comfort piloting and integrating digital/AI tools to streamline and improve performance
    • Strong grant research, writing, and reporting skills
    • Success working across functions and with diverse stakeholders
    • Comfort working closely with a CEO/Founder

If you're ready to bring fresh energy, lead with purpose, and elevate a proven national program into its next era of impact—we’d love to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Oversee and sustain our Chapter and Leadership Program reaching 150+ locations in North America: recruitment, onboarding, volunteer/advisor communications, training, events and leadership tools
    • Stabilize and strengthen program delivery, ensuring consistency and quality
    • Oversee and execute key program communication channels and Salesforce updates to engage key stakeholders (volunteers, advisors, senior homes and young alumni under 21)
    • Strengthen program metrics, tracking, and reporting systems
    • Planning and implementation of program revenue opportunities
    • Lead and develop staff and interns, with clear expectations, accountability systems, and a culture of positivity
    • Launch new national initiatives aligned with our 5-year growth plan
    • Support grant research, writing, and reporting to sustain programming

    Why Join GlamourGals?

    • Be part of a mission-driven, growing organization that empowers the next generation of leaders.
    • Work directly with a visionary Founder to shape and execute a 5-year growth plan.
    • Lead programs that create joy, dignity, and connection for thousands of seniors and teens.
    • Join a collaborative team with a shared NYC office in the Financial District
    • Play a role in building a high-functioning, cross-team organization with opportunities for future advancement
