Marketing Specialist
Bring your stellar Web design skills, creative eye, and attention to detail to The NOAH Center to help us stop the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless dogs and cats. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with tight deadlines, and thinks strategically. The person in this role works closely with all departments to efficiently and effectively promote via Social Media our family-friendly pet adoptions, humane education, volunteer programs, and high-quality spay and neuter programs.

Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing marketing materials for the organization, including but not limited to all social media, brochures, signs, event materials, mailings, newsletters and advertisements, and the annual report. This position helps with fundraising event planning, procurement, campaign assistance, and overall Development and Marketing Department support.
Education and Experience
Must be 18 years of age
Must meet all the requirements in The NOAH Center's WSP WATCH Background Check Policy
Minimum two-year Associate’s Degree with emphasis in communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related field
Minimum two years graphic design experience
Minimum two years site development experience
One or more years of marketing, sales, or fundraising event experience
FLSA Classification
Non-Exempt, regular, full-time
$26-$30 per hour, DOE
Schedule varies and will include occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work
Position is based in our Stanwood, Washington, office. No remote work is available.

The Marketing Specialist must support The NOAH Center's mission, philosophies, and practices.
