Food Tank, in partnership with Periodic Table of Food Initiative, Food EDU, The Rockefeller Foundation, the American Heart Association, Alliance of Bioversity International - CIAT, is hosting a special event at the New York Botanical Garden on April 23rd to celebrate food diversity, scientific advances, and community innovation
We are looking for several self-motivated individuals to support the program in-person on April 23rd. Event staff will assist with on-the-ground logistics, which may include but is not limited to: welcoming attendees and speakers and helping them to their seats, answering questions from attendees throughout the event, running the microphone during the event, managing distractions, and supporting the set up and breakdown of the event space. This is an great opportunity to support programming that will feature food systems advocates, researchers, farmers, chefs, artists, and more.
This is a full day event running from 10:00AM - 6:00PM, with support likely needed before and after for setup and breakdown.
