International Coordinator of a grassroot sports community based organization in Uganda, Africa.

We are swift sports organization based in Uganda that Kazo/Kiteezi,Wakiso district, Nansana municipality.

To learn more or understand Swift sports organization; we are still a grassroot community based organization,however we are focus to the dream of becoming an established CBO with recreation center,developing talents as well as well giving skills to disadvantaged single mothers and you.

Swift sports organization came a long way,started as a single mothers netball club ( swift superladies netball club) in 2018 in run identified a concern on situations people live in ,in our community like talented children,teens who can't afford schools,poor health conditions,women sanitary and abuse, poverty, unskilled singles mothers and many others.

We thought that playing netball is not enough .."we need to become a group of people with a vision to change our lives in the community as we develop talents."

We have a vision; Fighting poverty through a sports talent and mission is discovering developing and promoting a sports talent.

We are seriously seeking an international coordinator ( partner) professional, committed, passionate to development, capable to delivery than theory achievements.

A person who can sacrifice,willing to walk an unleveled ground journey wanting to see us grow,a pillar of development to Swift not money oriented employee or freelancer. Someone skilled,unique, quick and smart to find an escape path for development.

The person we need is not only seasonal however per circumstance there's a great season need.

We are focusing on our annual Swift Xmas Sports Festival/Gala

It's successfulness is meeting the budget.

This is an annual event for the past 3 years but for this year we thought to target new standard as organization. This event bring more than 20 clubs to compete ( football and netball) in different categories. It's our strategy platform to discover,promote talents as our mission as well as attracting education sponsors to many talented disadvantaged children and youth who need education for their future and fundraising of scholastics materials.

Every year we organize a sports festival/gala during Christmas season but this year we thought to make it more big. We are expecting a guest of honor from Government,3 media televisions to air moments and a big audience up to 2000 plus.

The next step after review of your resume.You discuss the role in details ,looking unto contract,payment system,funds transactions by fundraiser to Swift in terms of transparency.This will be discussed through our founding Director on watsapp chat and video calls.

We have recognized that Google meet which many people use in Europe is having poor network in Africa(Uganda) than watsapp according to what we experienced to past meetings on Google meet.
