About the Role
The Niles Foundation is seeking a reliable, proactive, and organized Team Support Manager to help guide and support our team members across programs, managing a small office of 3-7 staff members. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and coordinating logistics. You’ll support office - administrative needs, assist with onboarding/training, and provide team support to help our mission thrive.
