PLYC 's Vision is a society in which people lives with peace and they have equal rights without classification of Gender, race, color, religion, political, and socially where they have equal access to the resources. PLYC 's Mission is to protect and improve health status of target communities, to empower the women, to develop human resources and to develop awareness among communities by adopting participatory approach according to the culture, custom and current needs of existing communities.
