Dakahumas Youth Initiative

Dakahumas Youth Inititiative Organisation is CBO (Community Based Organisation) based in Kariobangi Estate of Nairobi-Kenya. Its an Organisation runned by young artist from Dandora, Kariobangi,Huruma and Mathare estates of Nairobi. The first two letters are the acronym of the organisations name. It started in as a sellf help group in June 2004 and CBO later in 2005. Our main Objective to facilitate the access to affordable Health,Information, Communication and Technology services to the community in order to empower youth, women & men alike to be able to manage their own projects effeciently, make enlightened & informed choices and descion that would lead them to realizing improved quality of life for themselves and their dependants/family i.e reduce or elevate poverty. we achieve this by working closely with Individauls, NGO's, CBO's, Goverment agencies,Youth,Women & Men association/groups and religious associations.
