Higher Education & Responsibility Through Over Seas Exchange (HEROS) is dedicated to developing leadership skills in inner-city high school students helping them to become respected participants and role models in their community, through academic enrichment programs, leadership training, local volunteer service and Overseas Community Service Learning Projects in Africa.
