Gastric Cancer Foundation

The Gastric Cancer Foundation (GCF) helps patients face their diagnosis with reliable information, tools to navigate the journey, and a compassionate community that truly understands. The GCF funds research initiatives that contribute to understanding gastric cancer in pursuit of of a cure as well as education and awareness initiatives.

The Gastric Cancer Foundation is the primary source of funding for the Gastri Cancer Registry (the Registry) base at Stanford Medical Center. The Registry is the largest and most comprehensive HIPPA-compliant registry for gastric cancer. The gastric cancer website (gastriccancer.org) serves as a comprehensive and centralized resource of current, reliable information for patients and families. Additional education and awareness services include an original nutritional video community series, a free clinical trials navigator service and in partnership with another organization a secure online for patients and families to share information.
