North Orchard Delong Co-op is a Reggio-inspired preschool approach that values learning through discovery, in a hands-on process that uses a child’s five senses. Your child learns through experience, and active reflection on their experience. This is known as constructivist learning theory.

Play is child’s work. Young children learn best when they are engaged in play, and learning comes naturally and with better understanding when they are engaged in what they are interested in. Play provides concrete hands-on experiences on which a child can build from and is an essential part of preschool learning.
