The Daniel Society is a 501(c)(3) organization that confronts poverty because all lives have value, purpose and potential. We design smart, compassionate and sustainable poverty reduction initiatives in the United States and globally. We give people a "lift" by targeted resources that empower them to live a life of dignity that they themselves chart. Our initiatives are culturally competent and designed in collaboration with those we serve. We mobilize highly skilled volunteers to heal the sick, feed and clothe refugees, welcome the immigrant, restore prisoners and build community leaders.
Our Center for Law and Justice manages our domestic justice neighborhood-based initiatives, and our initiatives abroad are managed by our Center for Global Initiatives.
