New Equitable & Innovative Educational Association (NEIEA)

The New Equitable and Innovative Educational Association (NEIEA), registered as a non-profit in April 2022 under the Companies Act 2013, aims to revolutionize education by addressing key challenges and incorporating essential dimensions into its approach. NEIEA has secured 12A and 80G certifications, along with a Darpan ID from the Indian government, further enhancing its credibility and commitment to excellence.

NEIEA has developed an innovative education model capable of delivering quality education to hundreds of thousands of students at a very low cost. This hybrid learning model integrates online teaching with onsite learning and employs a powerful pedagogy called Discourse Oriented Pedagogy (DOP), created by our co-founder, Dr. K. N. Anandan. This approach fosters critical thinking and collaborative learning. To scale education, we utilize Google Workspace tools. We blend these aspects with other innovative features, such as making learning available from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, conducting rigorous assessments, and providing 100% free education to all learners. We collaborate with educational institutions, foundations, and trusts as partners (currently 49) and have individual students accessing our learning from 70 locations across India, educating 10,500 students. Teacher training is another important focus for us, and we have trained 1,450 teachers.
