Advancing Latinas into Leadership Mentoring Program (ALLMP) was founded in 2016 and is a non-profit designed to help young high school Latinas with leadership, college and career readiness, community service, and professional development. We are a volunteer-based organization. ALL mentors are professional Latinas who work for the government, private sector, or non-profit who want to make a difference in a young Latina's life. Our mission is to empower the next generation of Latinas and prepare them for adulthood by providing them the tools and resources they need to succeed.
