City Living NY

At City Living NY, our mission is to empower youth aging out of foster care as they transition successfully into adulthood by providing essential resources and in-depth support.

City Living NY (CLNY) is a small NYC-based nonprofit supporting youth aging out of foster care as they transition to independent living. Our social workers provide concrete resources, tools, and support services that have helped youth secure stable housing and prevent cycles of homelessness, as well as achieve meaningful educational and career milestones.

As we approach our 10 year anniversary as an organization, we are so proud to have served over 430 youth.
