ASML, organization for the support of free media, is a Syrian non-profit based in France supporting the development of independent, professional and sustainable media in Syria.

Access to objective and verified information is crucial to build an informed public opinion, build bridges between alienated communities and set the foundations for national reconciliation. Also, influential media can reduce the radicalization of the population through providing access to a wide array of thoughts and moderate opinions and spreading values of peace and tolerance. To enable Syrian media to fulfill this role, ASML supports, trains and accompanies emerging independent Syrian media towards professionalism.
