The Double U Triple A is a DC-based organization committed to safeguarding the rights and dignity of autoimmune students and employees on a local, state, and federal level. Our mission is to ensure that those with autoimmune illnesses are adequately cared for both on and off campus.

On college campuses, this means advocating for stricter sanitation and accommodation standards. No student deserves to drop out of school because of a life-threatening illness.

For those in the workplace, we fight for legislation that will expand the rights of employees suffering from autoimmune diseases like HIV/AIDS, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and many others.

These include:

1. The right to work from home
2. The right to wear a mask/bring protective equipment to work
