Centro de Enlace employs communication, advocacy, education and organizing to empower local Latinos and immigrants to access and successfully seize the full range of opportunities available to them.

We envision a county where the impact of poverty and marginalization no longer obstruct the ability of individuals and families to sustain themselves and contribute their talents. By striving to implement programs that bring Latinos into full participation in the county’s social, political and economic life, we seek a unified community that celebrates and understands our different cultures and our common aspirations.
